During your appointment, I guide you through the signing, point out key sections for signatures and initials, and maintain a calm, organized pace so you never feel rushed. While I do not provide legal advice, I can explain general document purpose, confirm that signatures are in the right places, and ensure dates, IDs, and notarial certificates are accurate. This reduces funding delays, redraws, and last-minute scrambling for you, your lender, and your title company.

I operate as a mobile signing agent, so I meet you where it is most convenient-your home, workplace, a real estate office, or another quiet location. Evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement, which is especially helpful when you are working around closings, school schedules, or shift work. When title or lender partners need a reliable mobile notary to represent them at the table, I provide punctual arrival, professional presentation, and careful adherence to their instructions.

Many borrowers also appreciate that I can combine their loan signing with other services, such as notarizing related affidavits, certifying copies of IDs when requested, or arranging courier delivery back to the title office.

I schedule signings Monday through Saturday and can often accommodate same-day or short-notice requests when a file is cleared unexpectedly.
